Lemon Balm Melissa officinalis a soothing and restorative herb for the nervous system to reduce anxiety and ease restlessness

Siberian Ginseng Eleutherococcus senticosus is an ancient herb used for adrenal insufficiency where there is exhaustion and fatigue. Ginseng supports energy and stamina. 

*Maca Root Lepidium mayenii supports healthy hormone detoxifictaion, boosts energy and stabilises mood

Rose Rosa senticosus is used to improve mood and add beauty and smoothness to the tea

Lavender Lavandula angustifolia a soothing herb for irritability, cramps, digestive complaints, anxiety and headaches

Ginger Zingiber officinale a warming and grounding herb to support healthy digestion

Liquorice Glycyrrhiza glabra  is used to support the body during times of stress, it is an immune modulator and adds a gentle sweetness to the tea
